Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, low specific gravity, glucosuria, bilirubinuria, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), supporting renal dysfunction and possible tubular involvement. HbA1c is low, making chronic hyperglycemia unlikely. Electrolytes and lipids are within normal limits. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for underlying renal pathology.
