Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, indicating possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine color/appearance, supporting renal dysfunction and possible tubular involvement. HbA1c is low, suggesting no chronic hyperglycemia. Lipid profile is within normal limits except for mildly elevated HDL. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for underlying causes of renal impairment and proteinuria.
