Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, elevated creatinine suggesting impaired renal function, and elevated ALT indicating possible liver involvement. Urine analysis reveals significant proteinuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and glucosuria, with cloudy, brown urine and ammoniacal odor, but no evidence of infection. Findings are consistent with renal dysfunction (possibly nephrotic syndrome or diabetic nephropathy), mild liver enzyme elevation, and possible metabolic derangement. Clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended.
