Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
---
Most parameters are within normal limits. However, there is marked hyperbilirubinemia (total bilirubin 13.1 mg/dL), elevated creatinine (2.5 mg/dL), mild hyperchloremia, prolonged aPTT, low arterial pH (6.9, severe acidosis), and slightly shortened PT. These findings suggest acute or chronic renal dysfunction, significant liver dysfunction or hemolysis, and severe metabolic acidosis. Immediate clinical evaluation is recommended due to the life-threatening acidosis and possible multi-organ involvement.
