Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated NT-proBNP, suggestive of possible heart failure or significant cardiac strain. Mildly high hematocrit, red cell distribution width, potassium, and alkaline phosphatase are noted. Low HDL cholesterol and low total CO₂ may indicate increased cardiovascular risk and possible metabolic acidosis. Other parameters, including renal and liver function, are within normal limits. Clinical correlation and further cardiac evaluation are recommended.
