The laboratory results show good kidney and electrolyte function. However, the HbA1c is mildly elevated (6.2%), indicating impaired glucose metabolism or possible prediabetes/early diabetes, despite a normal fasting glucose. Recommend clinical follow-up for glycemic control and diabetes risk assessment. All other parameters are within normal limits.
