Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Mild normocytic anemia is present (low hemoglobin, normal MCV/MCH), which is common in elderly patients but may warrant further evaluation. Platelet indices (PDW, MPV) are slightly elevated, possibly reflecting increased platelet turnover or activation. Urine shows low specific gravity and slightly alkaline pH, which may indicate dilute urine or mild renal concentrating impairment. No evidence of infection or proteinuria. Overall, no acute abnormalities detected; recommend clinical correlation and monitoring of anemia.
