The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, indicating possible impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, bilirubinuria, mild ketonuria, and low specific gravity, with no evidence of infection (negative nitrites/leukocytes). The urine is cloudy and brown with an ammoniacal odor. These findings suggest possible renal dysfunction, such as glomerular disease or tubular injury, and further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
