Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine, proteinuria, microalbuminuria, and abnormal urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity), suggesting significant renal dysfunction, possibly nephrotic syndrome or advanced kidney disease. There is also metabolic acidosis (low CO₂), elevated LDL and total cholesterol, and low HbA1c. Immediate nephrology evaluation is recommended for further assessment and management.
