Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated HbA1c, suggesting suboptimal long-term glycemic control. There is mild leukopenia and borderline low erythrocyte count, but hemoglobin and hematocrit are within normal limits. Platelet count is normal, but both mean platelet volume and distribution width are elevated, possibly indicating increased platelet turnover or activation. Renal and electrolyte parameters are within normal limits. Recommend clinical correlation for possible early hematological or metabolic disorders and monitoring of glycemic control.
