The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, significant proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low urine specific gravity, and low HbA1c. These findings suggest impaired renal function, likely nephrotic-range proteinuria, and possible tubular dysfunction. The presence of glucosuria with normal blood glucose and low HbA1c may indicate renal glycosuria. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
