Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows evidence of renal dysfunction (elevated creatinine, proteinuria, low urine specific gravity), hypoglycemia, metabolic acidosis (low CO₂), and abnormal urine findings (cloudy, brown, bilirubinuria, proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria). Hematocrit is slightly low. HbA1c is low, suggesting chronic hypoglycemia. No evidence of infection in urine. Findings are consistent with possible acute or chronic kidney disease with metabolic derangements; urgent clinical correlation and nephrology evaluation are recommended.
