| The patient shows marked hypoxemia, mild leukopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, and elevated monocytes and basophils. There is significant hyperbilirubinemia and mildly elevated ALT, with low AST, suggesting possible hepatic dysfunction or cholestasis. Creatinine is elevated, indicating impaired renal function. These findings suggest multi-organ involvement, including respiratory, hepatic, and renal compromise. Immediate clinical correlation and further diagnostic workup are recommended. |
