Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows marked metabolic acidosis (pH 6.9), severe hyperbilirubinemia, elevated creatinine indicating significant renal dysfunction, and mild hypoproteinemia. Hematocrit is slightly elevated. Coagulation tests show prolonged aPTT and shortened PT. Electrolytes and liver enzymes are within normal limits except for mild hyperchloremia. These findings suggest acute or chronic renal and hepatic impairment with metabolic acidosis; urgent clinical evaluation and intervention are recommended.
