The patient shows hypoglycemia, low HbA1c, elevated creatinine, and low CO₂, suggesting possible chronic kidney dysfunction and metabolic acidosis. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, ketonuria, glucosuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, indicating possible nephrotic syndrome or diabetic nephropathy, though diabetes control appears tight or overcorrected. No evidence of urinary infection. Clinical correlation and further renal evaluation are recommended.
