Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated NT-proBNP, suggestive of possible heart failure or cardiac strain. Mild normocytic anemia is present (low RBC, low MCHC, low iron), with normal ferritin and iron saturation. Glucose is slightly low; renal and liver function are within normal limits except for low ALT. Mildly low total CO₂ may indicate mild metabolic acidosis. No acute myocardial injury (normal troponin). Recommend clinical correlation for cardiac status and further evaluation of anemia and low glucose.
