Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild anemia (low hemoglobin and hematocrit) with normal red cell indices, suggesting possible early or mild anemia of chronic disease or iron deficiency. LDL cholesterol is slightly elevated, which may increase cardiovascular risk. Platelet count is normal, but platelet distribution width is high, possibly indicating increased platelet variability. Other parameters are within normal limits. Clinical correlation and further evaluation for anemia etiology are recommended.
