Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Laboratory results show good glycemic control (HbA1c 5.5%), but mild fasting hypoglycemia (glucose 65.9 mg/dL). Renal function, electrolytes, and lipid panel are mostly within normal limits, except for elevated LDL cholesterol (133.2 mg/dL) and low HDL cholesterol (35.3 mg/dL), indicating increased cardiovascular risk. No evidence of microalbuminuria. Recommend clinical correlation for hypoglycemia and lipid management.
