The patient shows markedly elevated serum creatinine, indicating significant renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, with low specific gravity and acidic pH, suggesting possible diabetic nephropathy or acute kidney injury with metabolic derangement. Cloudy, brown urine with ammoniacal odor may indicate underlying infection or concentrated urine. Liver enzymes and electrolytes are within normal limits. Immediate nephrology evaluation and further assessment for diabetes and renal function are recommended.
