Most parameters are within normal limits. Creatinine is slightly below the reference range, which may reflect low muscle mass in an elderly patient rather than renal dysfunction. LDL cholesterol is elevated, increasing cardiovascular risk. Glucose and HbA1c are well controlled. No acute abnormalities detected; recommend addressing dyslipidemia as clinically indicated.
