Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, significant proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, with low serum glucose and low urine specific gravity. Urine is cloudy, brown, and ammoniacal. These findings suggest impaired renal function, likely with glomerular involvement, and possible tubular dysfunction. The presence of glycosuria with low blood glucose may indicate renal glycosuria. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation for further assessment and management.
