The patient shows elevated HbA1c, indicating impaired glucose metabolism or possible diabetes, despite normal fasting glucose. Mildly elevated chloride and significantly increased platelet distribution width may suggest mild electrolyte imbalance and platelet size variability, but other hematological and biochemical parameters are within normal limits. Clinical correlation and further evaluation of glycemic control are recommended.
