The patient shows severe renal impairment (markedly elevated creatinine), mild leukopenia, and abnormal platelet indices (increased mean and distribution width), which may indicate altered platelet production or activation. Other parameters, including glucose, electrolytes, and red cell indices, are within normal limits. Clinical correlation and further nephrological and hematological evaluation are recommended.
