| The patient shows marked hypoxemia, mild anemia, leukopenia with neutropenia and lymphopenia, mild thrombocytopenia, elevated bilirubin, creatinine, ferritin, CRP, INR, and D-dimer, with low total protein. These findings suggest acute or chronic hypoxic and inflammatory processes, possible liver dysfunction, impaired renal function, and increased risk of bleeding. Clinical correlation and further evaluation are strongly recommended. |
