Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The urine findings indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) with significant bacteriuria (>100,000 CFU/mL E. coli), positive nitrites, leukocyte esterase, hematuria, and marked pyuria. The low specific gravity may reflect dilute urine. No casts are seen, suggesting no upper tract involvement. Recommend clinical correlation and appropriate antibiotic therapy.
