Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated HbA1c, suggesting suboptimal long-term glycemic control. There is mild normocytic, normochromic anemia (low hemoglobin and erythrocytes) with increased red cell distribution width, possibly indicating early anemia or mixed etiology. Platelet indices are elevated, which may reflect increased platelet turnover or activation. Renal function is within normal limits, though creatinine is slightly low, likely not clinically significant. Electrolytes and white cell count are normal. Recommend clinical correlation for anemia and glycemic management.
