Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significant hyperglycemia with normal HbA1c, suggesting possible acute glucose elevation. Renal function is mildly impaired (elevated creatinine), and there is dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, low HDL). Mild anemia is present (low hemoglobin, hematocrit). Elevated chloride and platelet distribution width are noted. Recommend further evaluation for diabetes, cardiovascular risk, and renal function; clinical correlation advised.
