All hematological parameters are within normal limits except for mildly elevated mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet distribution width (PDW), which may indicate increased platelet turnover or activation. Platelet count is at the lower end of normal. No evidence of anemia, leukocytosis, or other cytopenias. Correlate with clinical context; consider repeating if clinically indicated or if there are bleeding or thrombotic symptoms.
