Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and abnormal urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity), suggesting possible renal impairment or glomerular pathology. Blood glucose is normal, but HbA1c is unexpectedly low—this may warrant repeat testing or review for analytical/clinical issues. Mild hyperchloremia and increased erythrocyte count are noted. Recommend nephrology evaluation and further assessment of renal function and urine abnormalities.
