Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, hyperchloremia, low total CO₂, and dyslipidemia (high total and LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol). Hematocrit and platelet distribution width are slightly elevated. Renal function and microalbumin/creatinine ratio are normal. Findings suggest increased cardiovascular risk and possible mild metabolic acidosis. Recommend clinical correlation for hypoglycemia and further assessment of lipid profile and acid-base status.
