All hematological parameters are within normal limits except for a markedly elevated platelet distribution width (PDW), which may indicate increased variability in platelet size, often seen in reactive or inflammatory states. No evidence of anemia, leukocytosis, or thrombocytopenia. Clinical correlation is recommended to assess for possible underlying causes of increased PDW.
