Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine in both serum and blood, significant proteinuria, and high urine microalbumin/creatinine ratio, indicating impaired renal function and possible nephrotic syndrome. Urine is abnormal in appearance and color, with glucosuria and ketonuria, but blood glucose and HbA1c are not elevated, suggesting possible renal glycosuria. Urine specific gravity is low. Lipid profile is within normal limits. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation for further assessment and management.
