Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significant hyperglycemia with normal HbA1c, suggesting possible acute or stress-related elevation. Lipid profile reveals marked dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, and low HDL), increasing cardiovascular risk. Renal function and electrolytes are within normal limits, and there is no evidence of microalbuminuria. Recommend further evaluation for diabetes and aggressive management of dyslipidemia.
