The patient shows mild normocytic, normochromic anemia (low hemoglobin and hematocrit, normal MCV and MCH), with normal leukocyte and platelet counts. However, platelet mean volume and distribution width are elevated, which may indicate increased platelet turnover or activation. Further clinical correlation and investigation for underlying causes of anemia and platelet changes are recommended.
