The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine, proteinuria, microalbuminuria, and abnormal electrolytes, indicating significant renal dysfunction, likely chronic kidney disease. Urinalysis reveals protein, glucose, bilirubin, ketones, and abnormal appearance, supporting renal pathology. Low HbA1c suggests no chronic hyperglycemia. Dyslipidemia is present. Immediate nephrology evaluation is recommended for further assessment and management of renal impairment and associated metabolic disturbances.
