Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows hypoxemia, mild anemia, leukopenia with lymphopenia, thrombocytopenia, and elevated D-dimer, ferritin, INR, creatinine, bilirubin, ALT, and chloride. These findings suggest impaired oxygenation, possible acute or chronic liver and kidney dysfunction, and a pro-inflammatory/pro-thrombotic state. Close clinical correlation is recommended to rule out infection, organ failure, or hematologic disorders.
