| The patient shows mild erythrocytopenia with normal hemoglobin, slightly elevated hematocrit, and increased platelet distribution width. Other parameters are within normal limits. These findings may suggest mild red cell and platelet morphology variation, but no acute pathology is evident. Correlation with clinical context is recommended. |
