Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significantly elevated creatinine, suggesting impaired renal function. There is also mild hyperchloremia and elevated albumin, with low globulin, which may indicate dehydration or a protein imbalance. LDL cholesterol is high, increasing cardiovascular risk, while HDL is also elevated, which is generally protective. Liver enzymes and other parameters are within or near normal limits. Recommend further evaluation of renal function and assessment for possible dehydration or underlying protein abnormalities.
