Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and low urine specific gravity, suggesting impaired renal function. Hypoglycemia is present with low HbA1c, and there is glucosuria and ketonuria, which may indicate renal glycosuria or possible metabolic disturbance. Urine is cloudy and brown with ammoniacal odor, but no evidence of infection. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation for possible acute or chronic kidney disease and further assessment of metabolic status.
