Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated HbA1c, suggesting impaired glucose tolerance or early diabetes, despite normal fasting glucose. There is mild hyperchloremia and slightly elevated hemoglobin. Leukocytes are just below normal, but other blood counts are within range. Platelet indices (PDW, MPV) are elevated, which may indicate increased platelet activation or turnover. Renal and electrolyte parameters are otherwise unremarkable. Recommend clinical correlation for glycemic status and monitoring of hematological and platelet parameters.
