Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All measured parameters are within normal limits except for a mildly decreased HDL cholesterol. Glycemic, renal, and electrolyte profiles are unremarkable. Lipid profile shows LDL and triglycerides within target, but low HDL may increase cardiovascular risk. Recommend lifestyle optimization (diet, exercise) and clinical correlation for cardiovascular risk assessment. No acute laboratory concerns.
