All hematological parameters are within normal limits except for mildly elevated hemoglobin and markedly increased platelet distribution width. The elevated hemoglobin may be due to dehydration or other non-pathological causes; clinical correlation is advised. The high platelet distribution width suggests increased platelet size variability, which can be seen in reactive states but is nonspecific. No acute hematological abnormality detected.
