Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The urine findings indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) with significant leukocyturia, bacteriuria, positive nitrites, and Klebsiella pneumoniae >100,000 CFU/mL. Presence of blood and protein is likely secondary to infection. Low specific gravity may reflect dilute urine. No ketones or casts detected. Clinical correlation and appropriate antibiotic therapy are recommended.
