Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All measured parameters are within normal limits except for a mildly decreased total CO₂, which may suggest mild metabolic acidosis or compensated respiratory alkalosis. Renal function, glucose control, and lipid profile are unremarkable. No evidence of proteinuria. Overall, laboratory findings are stable and unremarkable for this elderly patient; clinical correlation is advised for the low CO₂.
