Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows evidence of impaired glucose control (elevated HbA1c), dyslipidemia (high cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL), and possible chronic kidney disease (elevated creatinine). Mildly elevated liver enzymes and low total protein/globulin may suggest hepatic or nutritional issues. Hematocrit is slightly low, but other blood counts are within range. Recommend further evaluation of renal and liver function, and management of cardiovascular risk factors.
