Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine in both serum and blood, suggesting impaired renal function, and significant proteinuria with low urine specific gravity, indicating possible nephrotic syndrome or glomerular disease. Urine is cloudy and brown, with glucosuria and mild ketonuria, but normal blood glucose and low HbA1c, making diabetes unlikely. Electrolytes are mostly normal except for mild hyperchloremia. Lipid profile is within normal limits. Recommend nephrology evaluation for further assessment of renal pathology.
