Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, elevated chloride, and increased total and LDL cholesterol. Renal function, electrolytes, and other parameters are within normal limits. HbA1c is well controlled. Recommend monitoring glucose levels, addressing dyslipidemia, and evaluating possible causes for hyperchloremia. No evidence of renal impairment or microalbuminuria.
