Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Notable findings include mildly elevated total and LDL cholesterol, which may increase cardiovascular risk, and a low leukocyte count, which could indicate mild leukopenia—monitor for infection or bone marrow suppression. Platelet indices (PDW and MPV) are elevated, possibly reflecting increased platelet turnover or activation. No evidence of renal dysfunction or diabetes. Recommend clinical correlation and follow-up as appropriate.
