The patient shows elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and low serum protein, suggesting impaired renal function with possible nephrotic syndrome. Elevated ALT may indicate mild liver involvement. Urine findings (glucosuria, ketonuria, brown color, low specific gravity) raise concern for uncontrolled diabetes and possible dehydration. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend urgent clinical evaluation for renal and metabolic status.
