Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild normocytic, hypochromic anemia and evidence of significant renal dysfunction (elevated creatinine, mild hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis, and prolonged aPTT). There is marked hyperbilirubinemia with normal liver enzymes, suggesting possible hemolysis or impaired bilirubin excretion. Additionally, dyslipidemia is present (elevated total and LDL cholesterol). Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation and further workup for hyperbilirubinemia.
